Position Details: 

 

Location: East Rochester, NY

Hours: 6am-2:30pm, Mon-Fri

Pay: $17.50/hr to start (merit-based increases within 6 months)

Duration: Temp-to-hire position (opportunity to convert to perm after 3 months)

 

Who We're Looking For: 

 

Candidates with the ability to follow work instructions, operate production machines, and produce parts within quality requirements, while adhering to safety protocols. This person should be reliable and detail oriented. 

 

What to Expect as a Production Associate: 

Operate and monitor ceramic production equipmentPrepare raw materials and molds for productionInspect products for quality and consistencyMaintain a clean and safe work environment

 

Qualifications for Success: 

HS Diploma or GED/HSEExperience in manufacturing, production or machine operationStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
