Job Description:

The Benefits:

Responsibilities:

Mechanical Assembly: Bolting and clipping heavy metal components together according to precise technical specifications to create finished industrial products.Tool Operation: Proficiently using powered hand tools and operating pneumatic lift-assist equipment to move and secure heavy materials.Team Collaboration: Working closely in a "hand-in-hand" team environment to maintain steady production flow and meet daily output goals.Cross-Training & Rotation: Willingness to learn and operate multiple types of plant machinery and rotate between stations as needed to support different production stages.Quality Control: Ensuring all completed assemblies meet the required "per spec" standards before moving to the next phase of production

Education: No formal education required.

Experience: 3 months

Skills:

Strong measuring skills are requiredExcellent math skills are a plusAttention to detail and commitment to quality and safetyAbility to handle physical tasks in a fast-paced environment
