Manufacturing Process Engineer - Non Woven

Summary: Seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer specialized in nonwoven materials to improve manufacturing processes and quality control.

Requirements:

BS degree in Engineering 5-7 years of Manufacturing Process Engineering experience Experience with nonwoven materials (fibers, films, adhesives, metals) Strong Design of Experiments experience and statistical analysis

Preferred Skills:

Experience in coordinating plant trials

Responsibilities:

Suggest changes to manufacturing processes to improve process control, cost, quality, and efficiency Work with production to resolve processing issues Collaborate with QC to review customer claims Collect and analyze data from plant trials and evaluate results of suggested changes Create reports, graphs, or other visuals to communicate trends and correct quality issues Assist in the purchase of equipment

 

 

 

 



Pay Details: $40.00 to $47.00 per hour
