Manufacturing / Process Engineer

Summary: Seeking a Manufacturing/Process Engineer to evaluate and improve production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality standards, and employee safety.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent education and experience. 0-5 years of experience in manufacturing/process engineering. Knowledge of ISO 9001 or IATF standards. Hands-on skills including knowledge of Stick or Mig Welding. Experience with creating/visualizing processes and fixture concepts. Proficiency in 3D drafting (Solidworks, Catia, UG, etc.) and basic drafting/design capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Conduct production time studies to identify process improvements. Design work cells and plant layouts for optimized workflow. Develop tools, fixtures, and processes to enhance product quality and efficiency. Support the implementation of the Quality System and maintain ISO certification. Recommend ergonomic and safety enhancements in production processes.

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
