Manufacturing Process Engineer

Responsible for supporting and improving PCBA manufacturing processes, sustaining production operations, and overseeing new equipment installations and product launches.

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering. Background in PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) manufacturing and troubleshooting. Experience with lean manufacturing principles and process improvement. Experience with sustaining engineering processes in a manufacturing environment. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Oracle R12 or similar ERP systems. Knowledge of new product introduction (NPI) processes. Strong understanding of equipment commissioning, validation, and troubleshooting. Job Responsibilities: Oversee the installation, commissioning, and validation of new PCBA manufacturing equipment. Lead sustaining engineering efforts to ensure ongoing process optimization and production efficiency. Support new product launches by developing and implementing manufacturing processes. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in PCBA manufacturing processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing techniques. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and support production goals.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $47.00 per hour
