For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's Degree in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology, or similar field of study. Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Strong, hands-on experience from an internship, Cooperative education experience (CO-OP), or a project-based academic assignment lasting at least six months. Building on a validated blend of education and experience is a shown success plan. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
