The Boeing CompanyAOG Manufacturing Engineering is seeking Manufacturing Planners to join our high-impact Incident Repair and Modification Team. In this dynamic role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to return grounded customer aircraft to revenue service in a timely manner. You’ll collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Service Engineering, Quality, Tooling, and Suppliers to define repair plans and configurations. Daily tasks include supporting repair programs in the field, maintaining project schedules, liaising with Supplier Management, and creating Bills of Materials to maintain aircraft configuration and compliance with FAA regulations. In addition to M.E. tasks, you will also coordinate logistics, transportation, and foreign customs clearances with Boeing experts.

Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate, Mid-Level, and Senior Manufacturing Planners
Primary Responsibilities:
Develops, implements and maintains various manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions and illustrations to define and document as-built configuration. Assists with development and integration of suppliers, processes, materials, data and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements.Assists in reviewing supplier data to ensure manufacturing related requirements are met. Identifies tooling requirements and initiates tooling orders based on manufacturing and engineering requirements. Assists in tooling dispositions. Investigates and resolves manufacturing related issues of limited scope.Assists with producibility assessments for part or product designs. Assists in providing input to design, manufacturing processes and manufacturing technologies to meet cost and schedules. Develops work statements and sequencing of events to support delivery commitments. Assists in the review, maintenance and monitoring of internal documents. Works under general supervision.Support bill of material creation from aircraft damage survey.Interrogation of 787 LWG and IVT models for part identification and build requirements.Review and interpret 2D legacy drawings for part identification and build requirements.Work closely with supplier management, logistics specialist and purchase agents to coordinate part acquisition.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
Familiarity with systems & test commodities and/or manufacturing processesExperience with CMES applicationAbility to read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings and specificationsAbility to obtain and maintain a valid passport and travel internationally without restrictionWillingness to work variable shifts and overtime as needed to support production (weekday and alternating weekend overtime)1 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experiencePreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Ability to apply existing skills, learn post-production repair planning and contribute with minimum supervision.Previous or current experience with PDM/CaPP.Experience with build plans and workarounds.Experience with any and all aircraft commodities (Structures, Electrical, Tubing, Interiors, Etc.)Mid-Level: 3 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceSenior Level: 5 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceDrug Free Workplace:

Summary pay range for Associate (Level 2): $60,350 - $81,650
Summary pay range for Mid-level (Level 3): $69,700 - $94,300
Summary pay range for Senior level (Level 4): $81,600 - $110,400
