Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Manufacturer Planner/Scheduler I to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and scheduling manufacturing activities to ensure timely production and delivery of high-quality products. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
 

Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and company objectives.Coordinate with production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure materials and resources are available for scheduled production runs.Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to address any delays or issues.Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure alignment on production priorities and timelines.Maintain accurate records of production schedules, inventory levels, and other relevant data.Assist in the development and implementation of planning and scheduling policies and procedures.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in manufacturing planning or scheduling.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
