Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Production Intern to join our production team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in the manufacturing of vials and syringes, learning about the processes and technologies involved in pharmaceutical production.

Main Responsibilities

Support production activities in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.

Monitor the operation of production lines and promptly report any issues or anomalies.

Perform visual inspections and basic quality-related tasks.

Complete operational documentation and production reports.

Collaborate with the team on continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Lean Manufacturing).

Maintain order, cleanliness, and compliance with safety regulations in the work area.

Requirements

Student/recent graduate in technical fields (Engineering, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or related disciplines).

Strong interest in manufacturing environments and industrial plant operations.

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Team-oriented mindset.

Willingness to work on shifts (if required).

Preferred Qualifications

Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Quality tools.

Previous experience, even short-term, in a production environment.
