Temporary position$20.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm)Perform accurate & precise assembly of various drone components.Follow detailed assembly instructions & verbal direction to ensure products meet specifications.Utilize a variety of hand tools & specialized fixtures to test equipment safely and efficiently.Perform electrical connection tasks as required.Conduct in-process quality checks & visual inspections of assembled components/finished products.Identify & report any discrepancies, malfunctions, or quality issues.Ensure all components are properly secured & connections are reliable.Properly handle &store components/finished products to prevent damage.Manufacturing Operator Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.1+ years of experience in electronics assembly, mechanical assembly, or a similar manufacturing environment preferred.Proven manual dexterity with small delicate parts.Ability to read & interpret technical documentation.Familiarity with basic hand tools used in assembly.Experience with soldering is a significant advantage but is not required.Strong attention to detail.Ability to lift, carry, and move materials & equipment weighing up to 25 lbs.Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required in designated areas or when performing specific tasks.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
