Summary: Seeking a Manufacturing Operations Planner experienced in ERP software, blueprint analysis, and aircraft assembly processes.
Skilled user in Bell ERP software, preferably 3DX (Dassault), PEO (SAP), and SAP
Ability to effectively interrogate Blue Prints and Digital Product Definition (CAD, GD&T)
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling methodologies, and aircraft assembly MRB experience
3-5 years of experience in Production/Manufacturing Planning; undergraduate degree in relevant discipline preferred
Responsibilities:
Incorporate changes to Engineering using Bell systems, policies, and procedures
Coordinate changes with Change Group and Manufacturing Customers
Analyze tooling needs using Bell CAD systems; participate in design and evaluation for aircraft assemblies
Support factory floor with timely and accurate production order changes
Reconcile Engineering BOM with Manufacturing BOM; ensure consumption and error reconciliation
Collaborate with Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering for efficient build sequence of Major Assemblies
Provide responsive liaison support to the factory floor for problem-solving routine tasks
Pay Details: $24.00 to $32.00 per hour
