Operational Efficiency: Oversee the execution of day-to-day operations across production, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize operational performance.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate closely with leadership across departments (e.g., IT, sales, production, and customer care) to ensure alignment of operations with company goals.
Supply Chain & Logistics: Manage supply chain operations, ensuring timely procurement, inventory management, and order fulfillment to meet customer demands.
Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational success, driving accountability and results across teams.
Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution: Address and resolve operational issues swiftly, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Budgeting & Cost Management: Prepare and manage the operations budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing ROI.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to long-term business strategies by providing insights on operational improvements, resource allocation, and future scalability.
Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and efficiency in all areas of operations.
Leadership & Training: Provide mentorship and training to team members, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to excel

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Have experience in high-growth or fast-paced organizations, particularly in manufacturing, logistics, or production environments.
Have experience managing large teams and driving change within complex operations.
Are familiar with performance management systems, ERP platforms, and supply chain management best practices.
Have a background in business operations, supply chain, or logistics management.

Bachelors
