Qualitrol, a Ralliant operating company, is seeking motivated early-career professionals to join our Manufacturing & Operations **Early Career Rotational Program (ECRP)** . This structured program provides three 8-month rotations across manufacturing and operations functions, designed to accelerate professional growth, broaden technical and business acumen, and foster cross-functional collaboration. As an ECRP Associate, you will contribute to interdisciplinary projects that directly impact Qualitrol’s success, while building a strong knowledge base of our product offerings, quality standards, and production processes. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to the Ralliant Business System (RBS) and continuous improvement methodologies, preparing you for long-term success within our value streams. **Key Responsibilities** + Collaborate with manufacturing and operations teams to improve production workflows and quality. + Support continuous improvement initiatives leveraging RBS tools and Lean methodologies. + Contribute to cross-functional projects that enhance visibility, alignment, and operational efficiency. + Build broad knowledge of Qualitrol’s product portfolio and production processes. + Gain hands-on experience across multiple functions, fostering a strong foundation for future leadership.
