Manufacturing & Operations Early Career Rotational Program (ECRP) Associate

Qualitrol, a Ralliant operating company, is seeking motivated early-career professionals to join our Manufacturing & Operations **Early Career Rotational Program (ECRP)** . This structured program provides three 8-month rotations across manufacturing and operations functions, designed to accelerate professional growth, broaden technical and business acumen, and foster cross-functional collaboration.
As an ECRP Associate, you will contribute to interdisciplinary projects that directly impact Qualitrol’s success, while building a strong knowledge base of our product offerings, quality standards, and production processes. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to the Ralliant Business System (RBS) and continuous improvement methodologies, preparing you for long-term success within our value streams.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Collaborate with manufacturing and operations teams to improve production workflows and quality.
+ Support continuous improvement initiatives leveraging RBS tools and Lean methodologies.
+ Contribute to cross-functional projects that enhance visibility, alignment, and operational efficiency.
+ Build broad knowledge of Qualitrol’s product portfolio and production processes.
+ Gain hands-on experience across multiple functions, fostering a strong foundation for future leadership.
Education & Experience
**On track to graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in 2025/2026.**
+ **Majors:** Any Engineering discipline, Computer Science, Industrial/Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related fields.
+ Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
+ Interest in manufacturing, operations, and continuous improvement.
+ Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

**Bonus or Equity**
This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
**Pay Range**
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 52,200.00 - 96,900.00
