Manufacturing Operations Associate
Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support operations in a clean space environment on a temporary basis. The Clean space Worker will be responsible for performing basic production, assembly, and cleaning tasks while adhering to strict cleanliness, safety, and contamination-control standards. This role is critical in maintaining product quality and compliance with company and industry regulations. Skills and Requirements -High school diploma or equivalent required. -Prior experience in a cleanroom, laboratory, or manufacturing environment preferred but not required (training will be provided). -Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs). -Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and accuracy. -Basic computer literacy for data entry and documentation. -Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed. -Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts, depending on project needs. -Perform manual tasks such as material handling, assembly, packaging, and labeling in a controlled cleanroom environment. -Follow all clean space protocols, including gowning procedures, equipment handling, and contamination-control practices. -Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision. -Assist with routine cleaning, sanitization, and organization of the cleanroom and equipment. -Accurately complete documentation, logs, and checklists in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or internal quality standards. -Support quality inspections and report any deviations or abnormalities to supervisors. -Collaborate with team members to meet daily production schedules and performance targets. -Adhere to all workplace safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. -Handle small devices
