Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Mid-Level Manufacturing Operations Analyst to support the 777 Lean Integration Team in Everett, WA.

The successful candidate will work and manage projects to support organizational goals and objectives.

Position Responsibilities:

Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria

Analyzes and interprets data

Provides feedback on assessment results

Works with organizations to develop effective strategies, plans, and metrics to accomplish company initiatives, utilizing Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes

Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans

Works under general direction

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years’ experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing industry

1+ years’ experience in using Lean principles

1+ years' experience with continuous process improvement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

1+ years’ experience with the Boeing Production System

1+ years' experience with Project Management

Data Analysis experience
