In this role, your main responsibilities will be to

Embed safety and quality into all improvement projects; analyze root causes and implement corrective actions,Develop standard work procedures, improve production routes, and ensure efficiency across processes,Identify and deploy new technologies and equipment; support smooth commissioning and integration,Act as the site reference, trains teams, and lead Kaizen initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs,Collect and analyze production data to drive decisions and performance improvements,Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure sustainable improvements.

You may be the ideal candidate if :

You have a degree in Engineering or equivalent,You have 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing/continuous improvement,You have Lean / Six Sigma expertise (Green belt or similar) and strong command of tools such as FMEA, RCA, SMED, TPM, 5S, Kanban,You have an analytical mindset, strong communication and leadership skills, customer-oriented,You are fluent in English.
