Position Responsibilities:

Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplinesDevelops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategiesAcquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvementsDevelops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reportsProvides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processesManages, develops and motivates employees

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position is for 1st shift. Candidates must be willing to work overtime as required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

More than 1 year of experience managing or leading people or teamsMore than 1 year of experience working in or supporting a manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higherMore than 1 year of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership roleMore than 1 year of experience demonstrating people management skills to include coaching, teaching, mentoringMore than 1 year of experience working directly with executives or senior leadersMore than 1 year of experience working in a cross functional environment and/or business unit teamMore than 1 year of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environmentMore than 1 year of experience in using Lean+ and/or Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) tools

Relocation:

Position may require travel up to 5% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $103,700 - $140,300
