Manufacturing Manager
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Responsible for leading the manufacturing and materials groups in order to meet the goals regarding customer service, cost, quality and on time delivery. + Assign the right person to the right position to improve quality and improve productivity of those areas under his responsibility. + Ensure adherence to the company policies and procedures in each activity and by all employees. + Supervise the right purchasing orders placement which should specify the acquiring, delivery, and payment conditions as well as the parts specifications. + Ensure the correct admiration in raw material, WIP and finished goods to maximize inventory turn + Develop polices and procedures that meet the corporate ones + Development and feedback to the Direct Labor team, support and administrative personnel by establishing means and systems that promote a self-directive leadership with respect and trust to promote a good work environment and a high-performance team + Capital, expenses and personnel development and administration + Encourage the continuous improvement methodology utilization in products and processes through systems thinking + Ensure the product quality standards through the Control Plan, PFMEA, work instructions and processes monitoring + Lead the productivity improvement through lean manufacturing methodologies + Keep communication and information exchange with the corporate/headquarters **Who You Are:** + You balance planning with actions. You work effectively and efficiently on your own, while also collaborate and network well with a large organization and team. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering. + 8 or more years related experience + Bilingual in Spanish and English, strong technical/conversational English (90%) + Experience in production and a good understanding of object-oriented design and analysis + Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently + Strong communication skills, both written and verbal **Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:** + Master's degree + Capital Projects such as: CAPEX. + Knowledge with Lean Manufacturing Methodologies, SPC, PFMEA/ Control plan, ISO 9001 **Our Culture & Commitment to You:** + At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
