Manufacturing Manager
**Job Description Summary** We are seeking a skilled and professional Manufacturing Manager to oversee manufacturing processes and departmental operations within the technical discipline of turboprop engine assembly and testing. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities, technical expertise, and a commitment to operational excellence. As a Manufacturing Manager, you’ll report to the Senior Manufacturing Manager and have the opportunity to make a real impact in one of the most exciting and advanced industries. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of operations, ensuring Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) are always prioritised, with safety as the foundation of everything we do. You’ll work closely with talented teams to optimise workflows, improve product quality, and implement creative solutions that make a difference. By leveraging lean manufacturing principles and collaborating across engineering, supply chain, and quality functions, you’ll help bring cutting-edge technologies and products to life.
