Introduction

As part of the Management Support Office (MSO), the Management Assistant plays a key role in fostering collaboration, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting the leadership team in driving operational excellence. This role also incorporates project coordination responsibilities to ensure smooth execution of cross-functional initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative and strategic support to the management team.Coordinate and track progress of internal projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are met.Facilitate communication across departments to promote alignment with company culture, values, and goals.Organize and support team meetings, workshops, and engagement activities.Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support decision-making and project updates.Monitor and analyze data related to employee engagement and project performance; provide insights and recommendations.Act as a liaison between management and various internal stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow and task execution.Support onboarding and internal communication efforts to strengthen team cohesion.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or a similar role is preferred.Skills and CompetenciesStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Proficiency in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment.Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is an advantage.
