Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic

Adecco is currently hiring for a **Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic** to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for the upkeep and optimization of production line systems and plant utilities to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Manage production line systems and equipment to maximize uptime and labor efficiency
+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and controls issues on conveyors, filling systems, and automated machinery
+ Maintain and support plant utility systems including HVAC, chilled water, and compressed air
+ Communicate daily with production supervisors to provide updates on equipment and production line status
+ Order and manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance tools
+ Ensure OSHA compliance and promote a culture of workplace safety and quality
+ Participate actively in plant safety programs
+ Collaborate with operations and production management to support maintenance needs
+ Plan and execute preventative maintenance tasks using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
**Job Requirements:**
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations
+ Proven experience troubleshooting process equipment
+ Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
+ Strong communication skills – verbal and written
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
+ Experience with CMMS or ERP systems
+ Ability to climb stairs/ladders and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs
+ Comfortable working in a climate-uncontrolled warehouse environment
**Pay Details:** $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
