**Job description:** Main task of person on that position would be responsibility oversee the maintenance, repair, and optimization of manufacturing machines and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and/or electrical engineering, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and process improvement within a manufacturing environment. **Main tasks:** **Preventive & Corrective Maintenance:** + Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for manufacturing machinery and equipment. + Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues. + Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation. **Equipment Reliability & Optimization:** + Analyze equipment performance and implement improvements to reduce downtime and extend machine life. + Collaborate with engineering and production teams to upgrade or retrofit existing equipment for improved efficiency. **Technical Support:** + Provide on-the-ground technical support to maintenance technicians and production teams. + Lead root cause analysis for recurring equipment failures and develop corrective action plans. **Compliance & Safety:** + Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company standards. + Conduct safety audits and risk assessments for machines and maintenance procedures. **Project Involvement:** + Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment. + Support capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives as required. **Skills:** **EDUCATION:** · Master degree in mechanics, automation, robotics, industrial engineering or similar and well developed skill of understanding of technical documentation – pneumatics, electrical and mechanical. Nice to have: · Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement processes. · SEP G1 D/E, G2 D, G3 D certificates **LANGUAGES:** · Communicative polish language. · Communicative English knowledge. **EXPERIENCE:** · 3–5 years of experience in maintenance engineering within a manufacturing environment. · Experience with CNC machines, conveyors, robotics, or other industry-specific machinery · Experience with maintenance management systems (CMMS). · Familiarity with TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus. · Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. · Strong communication and teamwork abilities. · Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. · Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. · Experience and knowledge in corrective, preventive and predictive equipment maintenance. · Experience in maintenance processes optimization projects.
