Job description:
Main task of person on that position would be responsibility oversee the maintenance, repair, and optimization of manufacturing machines and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and/or electrical engineering, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and process improvement within a manufacturing environment.
Main tasks:
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance:
Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for manufacturing machinery and equipment.Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.Equipment Reliability & Optimization:
Analyze equipment performance and implement improvements to reduce downtime and extend machine life.Collaborate with engineering and production teams to upgrade or retrofit existing equipment for improved efficiency.Technical Support:
Provide on-the-ground technical support to maintenance technicians and production teams.Lead root cause analysis for recurring equipment failures and develop corrective action plans.Compliance & Safety:
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company standards.Conduct safety audits and risk assessments for machines and maintenance procedures.Project Involvement:
Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.Support capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives as required.Skills:
EDUCATION:
· Master degree in mechanics, automation, robotics, industrial engineering or similar and well developed skill of understanding of technical documentation – pneumatics, electrical and mechanical.
Nice to have:
· Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement processes.
· SEP G1 D/E, G2 D, G3 D certificates
LANGUAGES:
· Communicative polish language.
· Communicative English knowledge.
EXPERIENCE:
· 3–5 years of experience in maintenance engineering within a manufacturing environment.
· Experience with CNC machines, conveyors, robotics, or other industry-specific machinery
· Experience with maintenance management systems (CMMS).
· Familiarity with TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
· Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
· Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
· Experience and knowledge in corrective, preventive and predictive equipment maintenance.
· Experience in maintenance processes optimization projects.
Nice to have:
· Experience within MedTech, pharma, food or any highly regulated environment based on GMP (good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
· Knowledge of statistical analysis tools and procedures linked with process validations (SPC, MSA, GageR&R etc.)
