Join us and help set the world in motion! **Job Description** This position will support our Cable Assembly and other assembly areas by performing the following responsibilities: + Create and modify cable drawings and technical documentation + Work with Bills of Materials (BOMs) and routings to ensure accuracy and completeness + Build and assemble electrical test fixtures for cables and related components + Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions + Maintain accurate records and documentation of assembly processes and test results + Collaborate with manufacturing engineers and technicians to troubleshoot assembly challenges + Assist in organizing and maintaining work areas to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards **Qualifications** + Recent degree or current enrollment in an engineering program (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related field) + High GPA (3.0 or above preferred) + Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to manufacturing environments + Strong organizational and communications skills + Experience with 2D drawing and drafting using software similar to CorelDraw + Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation + Hands-on experience with assembly, fabrication, or manufacturing processes (preferred) + Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in technical work + Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements + Familiarity with Bills of Materials (BOMs) and manufacturing routings (preferred) + Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with engineers and technicians + Knowledge of workplace safety standards and practices in manufacturing settings **Additional Information** _BOSCH is a proud supporter of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) Initiatives_ + _FIRST Robotics_ _(For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology)_ + _AWIM_ _(A World In Motion)_ Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability / veterans.
