**Manufacturing Human Resources Manager**
The **Manufacturing People Partner** is responsible for the deployment of key HR policies and processes in Costa Rica factory, thereby executing the People and Organization Strategy in Businesses in their Market. You’ll proactively guide the delivery of HR services, and based on a solid understanding of both HR processes and organization’s needs offer operational support in implementing the people strategy set by the global strategy. You will shape how we drive the people agenda, how we retain and develop talent and how we are a trusted partner to the business informatics community. You will be supporting the Country Manager and leading the People Strategy delivery, local industrial relations aspects, organizational capability development and/or organizational alignment. You will be a trusted advisor and People leader that leads a employee population of over 1,000 employees between direct and indirect labor.
**Your role:**
* Interacts as the People function representative with the country leadership team and relevant external institutions.
* Ensure the country organization complies with evolving local labor laws, develop and lead nationalization programs, and monitor adherence.
* Ensure legally required benefits and health and well-being initiatives are provided.
* Execute Crisis Management Team decisions related to people matters within the country.
* Advise and execute on mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and reorganizations affecting local teams.
**You're the right fit if:**
+ You’ve acquired 7+ years of experience in HR related roles leading a team, ideally in a healthcare environment (This is a people leader with a team of 6)
+ Your skills include stakeholder management, project management, employee relations and performance management.
+ You have a university degree. Master's degree is preferred
+ You speak bilingual English.
**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is an office role in Coyol Free Zone in Alajuela.
