Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery), Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Standing for full shift, Strong Odors (chemical, lubricants, biological products etc.), Will work with hazardous/toxic materials

As a Lead Operator, Manufacturing, Expediting - 2nd Shift you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the flawless execution of our manufacturing processes to meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Strictly adhere to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.Determine appropriate materials required for each manufacturing order, ensuring that all necessary resources are available for smooth and timely production.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and quality assurance, to successfully implement expediting strategies and streamline operations.Lead a team of operators, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted production, proactively identifying and resolving any potential issues.Perform quality checks throughout the manufacturing process, promptly troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise.Document and report any deviations from established procedures, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.Continuously improve processes and contribute to process optimization initiatives, driving efficiency and productivity.Provide training to new operators, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively.Compete in a fast-paced environment, meeting production targets and delivering high-quality products.

Requirements:

Minimum Education Required: HS Diploma/ GED2+ years experience in a manufacturing role, preferably in a lead capacity, with a track record of successfully coordinating and managing teams.Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with precision, ensuring that all tasks are performed accurately and to the highest quality standards.Strong organizational and time management skills, effectively prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration and teamwork.Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment, valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive workplace culture.
