Job DescriptionPerform all tasks assigned by the immediate superior in accordance to the specifications and schedule.Plan and organize use of resources effectively to meet Overall Equipment Effectiveness, productivity, internal failure cost target.Work with all levels of the organization to improve quality levels, providing customer with “Zero Defect Product” and “100% On-Time Delivery”.To translate the company’s objective into department goals and ensure the goals are cascaded to Production line leader and operator levels.Create an environment that is culturally embedded in a “Quality First” mentality.To maintain records for all downtime and to clinically analyze the lost opportunity for improvement.To initiate project, evaluation and study for capacity and quality improvement.To follow up and summarize the entire pilot builds failure into “OPEN POINT LIST” and Instill a continuous improvement mentality to production line leader and operator level.Establish performance indicators and evaluate production line leader and operator level.To Lead “CIP” production daily management meeting.To liaise with TEF7 Engineer and Engineering group for any NTF improvement.To perform the production line process confirmation and provide support and guidance to line leaders and technicians and operator on their daily tasks.To ensure production line leaders, technicians and operator follow quality control procedure and all the BPS activities and procedures.Review line leaders, technicians and operator performance on quarterly basic and provide Guidance to improve his/her performance.Coordinate and follow up various departments to ensure smooth execution day to day activities.Responsible for year end physical inventory count and enforce 5’S activity assigned by superior.To evaluated and prepared year end GPD for subordinatesAny other duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Operation/Production/Engineering/Quality or related fieldAt least 5-10 years working of experience in SMT Process and preferable to have practical experience in SAP knowledgePFMEA, Quality and product knowledgeGood in English communication and written skillLeading a large group of operation with >50 blue collar staffsAdditional InformationLeave Entitlement e.g: Annual Leave, Medical Leave and etcCompany Insurances and etc
