Your Role:

Join our dynamic Healthcare Engineering and Technology team to lead the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Master Batch Record (MBR) process across Global Healthcare Operations (GHO). You will enhance Team's digital ambitions by optimizing MBR components, sharing best practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a standardized approach for MBR design and validation to maximize the benefits derived from MES. Your expertise will ensure efficient operations and improved visibility on the shop floor, ultimately reducing documentation errors and review times.

Who You Are

Expert in MBR creation and validation processes as well as associated best practices.Strong knowledge of PAS-X V3 functionalities and benefits.Familiar with production processes and associated risks.Willingness to work on-site as needed.Proven ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experienced in Biotech/Pharma processes with a focus on continuous improvement.Well-honed MES Industry and solution/vendor knowledgeProficient in English; additional languages are a plus. 

 

This position is available for candidates located in Spain, Italy, and Germany.
