In this role, you will be responsible for performing production activities for equipment and work devices used on the assembly lines for **Pressure, Temperature, DP Level, DP Flow, and Wireless products** , both at the Cluj location and at other Measurement facilities.
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be** :
+ Prepares components and parts to be assembled or processed on CNC machines according to work instructions and production orders, and performs assembly operations.
+ Ensures that raw materials, tools, and consumables are available and accurately recorded in the IT system.
+ Maintains the condition of equipment, work, measuring, and testing tools, and reports any issues to the direct supervisor.
+ Checks the quality of processed products, identifies non-conforming items, and records non-conformities in the IT system.
+ Participates in developing and improving work fixtures, standard procedures, and processes, using automation knowledge.
+ Supports the creation of technical documentation and assists in obtaining necessary certifications.
+ Collaborates with Production, Maintenance, Automation teams, and global departments (GEC, APEC) to develop and improve equipment and processes.
+ Monitors performance indicators (KPIs), ensures product and service quality, and meets deadlines.
+ Follows ISO 9001 Quality Management System procedures and contributes to continuous improvement.
+ Supports the implementation of the strategic plan and completes tasks assigned by direct supervisors, in line with job responsibilities and applicable regulations.

**For This Role, You Will Need** :
+ High school education, ideally in a technical field.
+ At least 5 years of experience in maintaining and improving production equipment.
+ Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
+ Good communication and teamwork skills.
+ Comfortable with English at an intermediate level.
+ Basic computer skills, including MS Office, email, and internet.
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart** :
+ Technical knowledge in electrical, electromechanical, pneumatic systems, or automation.
+ Knowledge of technical drawing and dimensional inspection.
