Job Title: Manufacturing Engineering Technician Job Description In this role, you will assist the manufacturing supervisor in creating work instructions for wire assembly. A prior background in wire components and understanding how they connect and are assembled is important. Responsibilities + Assist the manufacturing supervisor in developing detailed work instructions for wire assembly. + Utilize your expertise in wire components to ensure accurate and efficient assembly processes. + Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to wire assembly. + Interpret blueprints and schematics to guide manufacturing processes. Essential Skills + Proficiency in troubleshooting and working with schematics. + Knowledge of electrical systems. + Experience in lean manufacturing principles. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Associate degree in Electronics Engineering Technology (EET) is a plus. + Minimum of 2 years of experience with wires and/or cables. + Experience in creating work instructions. + Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics. Work Environment This position is on-site and hands-on. You will work in a brand new facility with a great culture and a very welcoming atmosphere. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
