**Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineering Tech to support various production and prototype projects in Fort Walton Beach, FL. The successful candidate will utilize their electronic/electrical assembly skills to complete production assembly operations on electronic/electrical and mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies. **Key Responsibilities:** + Assemble and test electronic/electrical and mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies, including racks, modules, circuit boards, connector panels, and individual cables/harnesses + Support production and prototype projects by performing assembly operations, troubleshooting issues, and implementing process improvements + Utilize electronic/electrical assembly skills to ensure high-quality products and meet production requirements + Collaborate with manufacturing engineers and production teams to identify and resolve assembly-related issues + Develop and implement assembly processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity + Maintain accurate records and documentation of assembly operations and test result **Working Conditions:** + Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to electronic/electrical equipment and materials + May require standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods + May require use of personal protective equipment (PPE) + **What We Offer:** + Competitive salary and benefits package + Opportunities for professional growth and development + Collaborative and dynamic work environment + If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for electronic/electrical assembly, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** **Requirements:** + 2 years of experience in electronic/electrical assembly or a related field + Strong knowledge of electronic/electrical assembly techniques, tools, and equipment + Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions + Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills + Strong attention to detail and quality focus + Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet deadlines + Effective communication and teamwork skills **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience with manufacturing engineering principles and practices + Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies + Certification in electronic/electrical assembly or a related field (e.g., IPC, J-STD) **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $38956 - $62330 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
