Seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to support equipment, facilities, and production operations through troubleshooting, testing, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.
Job Requirements:
Associate degree or equivalent coursework in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Life Sciences, or related technical field (minimum)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, or related discipline (preferred)
1–5 years of hands-on technical experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience troubleshooting and maintaining production equipment and instruments
Experience in regulated environments (cGMP, ISO, FDA) preferred
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of IOPQ testing and validation processes
Familiarity with QN/NC/CAPA documentation
Ability to research equipment, components, and technical solutions
Experience coordinating vendors and facility-related tasks
Responsibilities:
Review maintenance and calibration schedules, coordinate vendors, and ensure production equipment is compliant and operational
Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform IOPQ testing
Support R&D and manufacturing engineers with experiments and prototype builds
Assist production teams and provide hands-on support for manufacturing activities
Manage preventive maintenance and calibration programs
Coordinate facility-related projects and infrastructure improvements
Update procedures and support QN/NC/CAPA documentation requirements
Contribute to continuous improvement and compliance initiatives across operations
Pay Details: $26.00 to $33.00 per hour
