**Manufacturing Engineering Specialist** **Direct Hire in Hanover, PA 17331** Starting Salary is based on experience level 65K but could go hire for the right candidate. Manpower is assisting a great company local to Hanover with hiring a **Manufacturing Engineering** **Specialist** . In this role, you will be responsible for responsible for ensuring that estimated projects align with the manufacturing processes required after receipt of Purchase Orders. This role is critical in providing the Operations team with all necessary information to initiate manufacturing efficiently. **Responsibilities Include:** + Review project estimates to ensure all technical data, including revision level, part/drawing numbers, materials, hardware, scope, etc., are accurately documented and accounted for prior to Purchase Order acceptance. + Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and customer quality requirements, ensuring they are clearly understood, documented, and communicated to internal teams. + Assist the Order Entry team in generating routers in the ERP system. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, and Operations, on specifications and resolving discrepancies. + Create red-line drawings to communicate manufacturing capabilities and request deviations as needed. + Develop manual routers to support specific aspects of the business. + Partner with Purchasing to confirm that suppliers understand the technical requirements for launching new parts and programs.
