The Engineering Project Manager, who directly reports to the Manufacturing Maintenance Engineering Manager, provides efficient and effective engineering and project management leadership across all Publix manufacturing facilities. This includes guiding manufacturing plant engineers and managers to improve asset productivity, minimize shrink, increase associate productivity and safety, implement capital projects, and provide engineering solutions for replacement, capacity, and improvement initiatives.
