Job Title: Manufacturing Engineering Program Manager
Working Pattern: Full Time
Working location: Indianapolis, IN/Hybrid - 3 Office Days/Week
We have a great opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer Program Manager to provide program management and technical support to Advanced Development programs and operations by planning and executing Manufacturing, Assembly, and Test (MA&T) activities that meet requirements for safety, quality, cost, and delivery. This role will manage estimates in support of RFI and RFP responses, as well as program management and technical support of early development programs, tech demos, and LRIP production across multiple product opportunities.

What you will be doing
Control Account Manager (CAM) for MA&T activities including schedule, resources and costs, gaining buy-off and communicating status to relevant stakeholders.Develop MA&T solutions for Advanced Development programs. This will encompass a wide range of activities including, but not limited to, tool design, assembly and disassembly instructions, long and near-term planning horizons and cost structures for internal and external spend.Use program management tools to resolve and escalate issues as required, within the agreed risk framework, and capturing lessons learned.Ensure that manufacturing processes can achieve and sustaining the design intent, and that processes are followed so that our products and those of our suppliers conform to their specification. Rigorously raise, investigate and resolve safety related issues.Collaborate with Operations based MEs and strategy team members to ensure alignment with manufacturing and assembly competencies to support NPI products working jointly to develop capability where needed. Capture, analyze and use data to demonstrate and improve the current and future capability of manufacturing processes.Drive a culture of zero defects. Works with all functions to reduce risk and drive product Right First Time. Ensure compliance to all relevant company, legislative and technical policies and standards.Who we’re looking for:

Basic Qualifications:
Associate’s degree and 7+ years’ experience in manufacturing engineering or program management, orBachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing engineering or program managementMaster’s degree and 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing engineering or program managementTo be considered for this opportunity, you must be a US CitizenPreferred Qualifications:
