Summary: Seeking an Engineering Manager (Manufacturing) with a strong background in leadership and manufacturing processes, preferably in injection molding.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role

Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Proficient using 3D solid modeling CAD software

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Plastic Injection Molding is a plus

Responsibilities:

Manage the Engineering, Controls, and Maintenance departments

Oversee engineering projects, drawings, and documents

Oversee the engineering change notice system and all internal/external engineering deviations

Oversee the APQP product launch process

Manage product bills of material and manufacture

Manage injection molding tooling projects including quoting, purchasing, startup, sampling, and revision

 

 

 

 

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $135,000.00 per hour
