Minimum requirements:
Mechanical Engineering Qualification or related is non negotiable  10+ Years experience within a manufacturing steel industry  5+ Years experience leading a manufacturing production team  ERP systems and Drawing program experience is essential  Experience with design-to-manufacture integration is a must
