This is an internship opportunity located at our facility in Easley, SC. Prospective candidates must be open to working full-time hours (i.e. 40 hours/week) and willing to work at least 3 months.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

Help improve assembly line layouts and flow Provide detailed data collection and analysis (time studies, material flow, waste analysis) Assist in implementing new equipment on assembly lines (including performing capability studies) Design and implement Poka-Yokes on assembly line Implement manufacturing controls on assembly line Help design and implement process improvements on assembly line Help improve ergonomics throughout assembly process What We're Looking For

 

Major: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Ag Engineering Level of Education: Graduate student preferred Work availabilit: Minimum 40hrs/week Spring Semester Able to interact with all levels of organization (Shop floor to Management) Familiar with basic hand tools CAD and simulation experience a plus What You'll Get from Us
