**Manufacturing Engineer Supervisor, OESL Automotive USA LLC, Sun Prairie, WI:**
Coordinate the manufacturing engineering function of the plant/operations unit. Translate plant/operations unit’s manufacturing engineering strategy into action plans and ensure the achievement of manufacturing engineering targets according to internal and external customer expectations. Initiate and control investments for production equipment (e.g. production machines, assembly equipment, automation technology, etc.) and manufacturing engineering equipment (e.g. for software tools, equipment for machine installation/maintenance). Participate in or steer global or local manufacturing engineering related and cross-functional projects. Develop most efficient ways to employ people, machines, materials, information, and energy to make a product or service. Review and create SAP Routings with CBS support. Support APQP activities for assigned programs.
Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, $131,889.00 - $160,360.00 per year.
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:**
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Engineering Management or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in the Automotive Industry.
Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:
+ Leading a manufacturing team function such as Maintenance and Automation;
+ Cross-functional experience in Continuous Improvement and Process Engineering;
+ Managing industrial facilities or maintenance budgets;
+ Giving direction, feedback, and motivation to team members;
+ Problem-solving methodologies such as 8D and Pareto diagrams;
+ APQP and IATF 16949; and
+ Statistical analysis using WinSPC or MiniTab.
Domestic and international travel required up to 10%.
