Today, we continue to lead because we have a world-class, diverse workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do. **About the role** The Manufacturing Engineer for Run Test is responsible for developing, implementing, supervising, and releasing testing processes and equipment based on engineering requirements. The role supports cross-functional teams in identifying root causes of product test failures and drives continuous improvement to enhance testing efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Manufacturing Engineer - Run Test, you’ll be responsible for: + Lead the integration of technologies and resources for testing machines and processes. + Support departments in root cause analysis of product rejections during testing. + Participate in TIR2 meetings, review pending items, and document findings. + Collaborate with Quality, Production, and NPI teams. + Maintain and improve testing efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives. + Interface with suppliers and manage technical documentation. + Report and resolve issues related to test findings. **Requirements** We are looking for people who are Manufacturing Engineer.
