As a Manufacturing Engineer Manager – LEAN, you will lead and coordinate daily Lean activities, support supply chain functions, develop manufacturing initiatives, and optimize production cycles and footprint. You will leverage your expertise to solve problems, support short‑ and long‑term business objectives, and help build a world‑class, cost‑competitive manufacturing environment.
As a Manufacturing Engineer Manager – LEAN, you will be responsible for:
Leading daily Lean activities and driving continuous improvement/Kaizen projects across the supply chain.Preparing strategic deployment documentation and defining short‑ and long‑term Lean goals.Developing and maintaining manufacturing methods, fixtures, tooling, and supporting P&E initiatives.Supporting HSE, Quality, and KPI achievement, including audits and compliance requirements.Leading NTI initiatives, applying Lean principles to improve capability, reduce cost, and support leadership decisions.Training employees in Lean methodologies and preparing product/process reports.Reporting incidents, exercising STOP WORK authority, and performing additional assigned tasks.Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role, you will:
Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering. Have significant experience in a Lean role.Possess strong knowledge of Lean methodologies and demonstrate good leadership skills and have English proficiency.Bring desired attributes such as:Ability to manage priorities and deliver resultsStrong manufacturing process knowledgeStrong project‑management skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal, analytical, and leadership capabilitiesAbility to work independently and collaborativelyStrong organization skills and attention to detailAbility to translate ideas into tangible actionWork in a way that works for you
