Responsibilities • Mechanic and electronic design of improvement for current process and add-ons for current machinery. • Design and implement automation control systems. • Develop and update manufacturing process instructions for all control system. • Develop and update training materials on control / schematics for manufacturing processes auto machinery. • Analyze performance and process control data. • Identify, source, acquire, design or adapt machines, tools and equipment to meet production requirements. • Create new technologies in process designs to maximize performance and efficiency. • Create innovative ideas to solve manufacturing problems and simplify new products to reduce costs and increase overall manufacturing efficiency.
