MANUFACTURING ENGINEER II At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. **Job Overview** Implements and improves manufacturing techniques, processes, tooling, and machinery to optimize quality and output levels. **What your background should look like** Industrial or Electronic, Mechanical or Mechatronic engineer bachelor’s degree required • Fully bilingual English-Spanish. • Knowledge in the use of SAP and Microsoft Office. • Self-directed individual able to deliver solutions. • Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing tools • Ability to work on several activities at once. • Ability to create and follow strategies and plans. • Great communication skills. EXPERIENCE • 1 to 2 years in manufacturing environment supporting production– Assembly. • Able to explain metrics such as efficiency, productivity and cost. • Line balancing and experience implementing Lean manufacturing tools.
