Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required + 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment and PFMEA experience + AutoCAD experience preferred + Effective communication at multiple levels coupled with ability to build relationships. + Growth mindset – desire to expand technical skillset. + Results-driven to maintain accountability and customer-focus **Compensation: $80,000 - $105,000** _Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages.
