In this role, you will operate innovative engineered systems and develop, coordinate, and implement sustainable manufacturing production processes. Your cross-functional team will be focused on delivering quality, safety, and operational efficiency improvements. **Thrive at work and at home:** + **Benefits** kick in on **DAY ONE** for you _and_ your family, including health insurance and holistic wellness programs that include generous incentives – **WE DARE TO CARE** ! + **Family building benefits** include fertility coverage and adoption/surrogacy assistance. + **401K** **match** up to 6%, plus an additional 2% core contribution = up to **8%** company contribution. + **Paid time off,** including in support of **volunteer** and **parental leave** needs. + Educational and training opportunities through company programs along with **tuition assistance** and **student debt support** . + Learn more about our benefits here (https://careers.tranetechnologies.com/global/en/benefits) ! **Where is the work:** This position has been designated as **onsite** and designated as safety sensitive. **What you will do:** + Provide timely resolution of manufacturing process and product design problems, including investigations, statistical studies, and corrective action planning. + Create cost-effective and safe manufacturing processes, equipment, and tools to improve manufacturing operations. + Design manufacturing flow lines, workstation layouts, and station controls that optimize efficiency, operating costs, and product quality. + Uphold manufacturing standards including machine capability, process maps, set-ups, quality controls, tooling and fixture records, routings, and cycle times. + Generate work instructions, job breakdowns, and standardized work to ensure quality at the source meets product and manufacturing specifications given local needs. + Serve as a voice of the customer for input for new design development. + Partner with on-site EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) to ensure all equipment meets safety regulations compliant with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration). **What you will bring:** + Degree preferred in Engineering or related technical disciplines + H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required + 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment and PFMEA experience + AutoCAD experience preferred + Effective communication at multiple levels coupled with ability to build relationships. + Growth mindset – desire to expand technical skillset. + Results-driven to maintain accountability and customer-focus **Compensation: $80,000 - $105,000** _Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages.
