Please use the following link to learn more about our Fort Wayne community: https://www.visitfortwayne.com/ **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, systems, engineering, technology or other relevant discipline + Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + General understanding of electronics manufacturing process **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Lean Manufacturing Exposure + Statistical Analysis including SPC, CpK, MSA, DOE + Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt + Understanding of electronics manufacturing processes + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Some level technical skills and knowledge of technical requirements and system flows skills relevant to job / area of work **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $53122 - $90306 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
