In this role you’ll be a key player in shaping the long-term strategy of Module product with the final goal to have an industrialized product and an expanded production capacity.

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will report to the Avenza Technology Leader and you will be part of a cross-functional team dedicated to Module industrialization program.
Your mail responsibilities will be:
Defining a detailed optimized execution model, working together with engineering team
Leading Constructability review
Contributing, According to new execution model, to the BOM creation and define new fabrication cycles in AEC
Analyzing and quote new projects
Supporting procurement to align supplier base to new execution model through specs and feasibility studies
Active member of workout sessions (both internal and with vendors) for ideas generation, prioritization and validation to find an optimized construction Lead time and cost
Supporting engineering function in new design constructability
Contributing in developing cost models for module construction, contributing to ITO configurator creation.
Contributing in Validating business case on new yards
Enhancing quality tools for BH and suppliers (from manual to digital, e.i. WSL, NFI, work permit, certificates/ITR, etc)
Revising documentations according to new EM (execution model): QCP, work instruction, cycles
Traveling about 5% of the time (in Italy)
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Hold a Degree in Engineering - Mechanical preferred
Have a proven technical experience in module design/construction
Show strong communication and presentation skills, ability to work in cross functional teams
Be fluent both in English and Italian (oral and written)
Have a EU Work Permit
