**What you’ll do:** + Technical work in machining workshop + Design gland product machining process and BOM; + Establish CNC program, independently program and debug machining operations (e.g., FANUC systems). + Participate in testing and validation of new equipment and processes, and determine process parameters. + Lead the quotation for the new project, including drawings and cost analysis; + Solve machining and technical problems on-site; + Lead and coordinate CI projects to optimize and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.; + Lead operator skill training to enhance team stability and professionalism; + Lead the preparation of WI and JSA analysis for production positions to ensure production quality and safety; + Other tasks assigned by leader. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor Degree in mechanical Engineering + A minimum 5 years working years in CNC lathes or relevant work (gang tool & turret type) + Require good knowledge and experience of all kinds machining process such milling/turning/grinding Etc. + Require CNC machining (FANUC) experience and knowledge. + Experience of machining related fixture design. + Require rich project management experience and project PPAP documents preparation. + Requires good quality tool knowledge. + Requires good knowledge of lean thought and experience of lean tool. + Require Auto CAD/3D/SAP/Microsoft software skills. + Require good written and oral communication in English. + Automation project experience will be a plus + Communication skill, cooperation skill, trouble shooting skill.
