Summary: Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with expertise in assembly processes to enhance efficiency, product quality, and worker safety through analysis and implementation of new methods.

Requirements:

5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience Significant experience with assembly processes

Preferred Skills:

BS Degree Heavy industrial experience Experience in a union environment

Responsibilities:

Design equipment and machine layouts to maximize facility utilization Evaluate and improve worker productivity for cost control and efficiency Develop metrics to measure capacity and identify bottlenecks Establish accident prevention measures and schedule training programs Analyze facility specifications for material resources and structural design Resolve technical problems and recommend production improvements

Pay Details: $40.00 to $50.00 per hour
