5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience Significant experience with assembly processesPreferred Skills:
BS Degree Heavy industrial experience Experience in a union environmentResponsibilities:
Design equipment and machine layouts to maximize facility utilization Evaluate and improve worker productivity for cost control and efficiency Develop metrics to measure capacity and identify bottlenecks Establish accident prevention measures and schedule training programs Analyze facility specifications for material resources and structural design Resolve technical problems and recommend production improvementsPay Details: $40.00 to $50.00 per hour
