Manufacturing Engineer

Summary: Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with CATIA V5 design experience to support production process development and optimization.

Requirements:

US Citizenship required

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field

Proficiency with 3D CAD software (CATIA V5 or similar)

Preferred Skills:

Experience with lean manufacturing methodologies (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping)

Familiarity with root cause analysis and corrective action processes

Knowledge of time study and production cycle optimization techniques

Responsibilities:

Develop production routing and manufacturing drawings

Utilize 3D CAD software to design fixtures

Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify efficiency, cost, and quality improvements

Collaborate with operators to resolve manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions

Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flowcharts

Conduct time studies to optimize production cycles and identify bottlenecks

Apply lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and improve flow

Support quality control initiatives, including root cause analysis and preventative measures

Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and promote a safe work environment



Pay Details: $36.00 to $49.00 per hour
