A skilled Manufacturing Engineer responsible for optimizing production processes, ensuring quality standards, and supporting new product development while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities Technical & Operations• Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to conceptualize, design and test new products and technologies, using the latest technologies to reach target costs (DtC) and improve parts manufacturability (DfM).
• Support commercialization activities, ensuring the successful launch of new products and processes.
• Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and implement best practices in advanced manufacturing techniques, including 3D printing, automation, and digital technologies.
• Conduct root cause analysis on NCR (Nonconformance reports) and implement corrective actions to resolve production issues.
• Collaborate with production teams, internal and external, to optimize manufacturing processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Perform should-cost analysis to estimate the fair cost of materials, components, and manufacturing processes.
Travel Requirement: Ability to travel up to 10% annually
